Seven Comal ISD Seniors Selected for San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game

Oct. 20, 2021 - Seven seniors from Comal ISD have been selected to play in the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game presented by H-E-B at 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022, in the Alamodome.

Players are nominated by their high school coaches and chosen by a selection committee featuring broadcasters, journalists and former coaches. The game is televised on CW35 and broadcast on ESPN 1250 radio in San Antonio.

From Canyon High School, Luke Elliott and Cameron Bibins will suit up for the 2022 Team Black along with Canyon Lake High School’s Kolten Ramey and Jeremy Greene.

Smithson Valley High School standouts Dylan Domel, Nick Freeman and Malachi Lane will play on the 2022 Team Gold.

The San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game has been showcasing the area’s top high school football talent since 1978, in order, to feature local athletes and enhance their opportunities for college scholarships.
